I would definitely say I'm a stripey fan. I happen to have a pretty substantial collection of stripey things- tanks, blazers, dresses, skirts (long ones too) and well, lots more blazers. It's probably not style defining, but its safe to assume they are a pretty integral part of my wardrobe!
I was going to do an all out stripey outfit for this weeks Aussie Curves but decided instead to show off some subtle stripe detailing.
I love the colours in this dress! I really want to get some neon yellow accessories and re-style it again! I like the horizontal and verticle stripes. They add the extra dimension to the outfit without actually taking the focus away from the pink.

ReplyDeleteTo answer your question, I never used to wear stripes. However I have accumulated 6 pieces on the last 3 months! I am on a roll!
I think it was always a nono for a plus size woman, other than frumpy looking tops you would get from old lady shops! However, it is like retailers have seen the value of a well cut, well fitted, stripey piece! Amen to that!!!
